José Ramalho

José Ramalho has held a variety of roles in the past seven years. In 2016, they were part of the Organizing Committee for Brain 4.0 at Académica Start UC. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple roles at EFPSA (European Federation of Psychology Students' Associations) and ANEP (Associação Nacional de Estudantes de Psicologia). At EFPSA, they were the Member Representative of Portugal (Elected National Representative) and at ANEP, they were the Head of the Strategic And International Relations Department and a General Board Member/ Department of Education. In 2019, José was a Santander Explorer (Entrepreneurship program) at the Santander International Entrepreneurship Center | CISE. In 2020, they held the role of Human Resources Intern at Feedzai. Most recently, in 2021, José was a Tech Recruiter / Squad Lead at Damia Group Portugal.

José Ramalho obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidade de Coimbra in 2018. José then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from the same university from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, José spent a year studying Psychology at the Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2017 to 2018.
