Lux Narayan has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Lux is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of StreamAlive, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at RS Software from October 2020 to February 2023. From 2009 to 2021, Lux was a Director and Volunteer at ShareMyCake, where they helped create a new generation that is more giving and sensitive to realities around them.

Lux also co-founded and served as a CEO at Unmetric, a social media benchmarking company, from 2010 to 2020. In 2019, Unmetric was acquired by Falcon. Before that, they were a Director on the board of Vembu Technologies from 2005 to 2011, where they led the development of cost-effective online backup software solutions.

Prior to their role at Vembu Technologies, Lux worked as a Client Services Director at Initiative Media Middle East from 2001 to 2005, overseeing strategic media planning for key accounts. Lux also served as a Part-Time Faculty at the University of Wollongong and Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Dubai Campus, teaching courses in corporate communication.

Lux's earlier experience includes various roles and responsibilities at Lowe and Partners Worldwide from 1998 to 2001. Lux also had their first stint with entrepreneurship as the Founder/Co-Founder of IdeaLogic & Alliance Media from 1996 to 1998. This experience provided him with valuable lessons in building a business and sparked their passion for entrepreneurship.

Lux Narayan received their B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, between 1993 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, Lux Narayan also obtained a certification as a Unmetric Certified Analyst from Unmetric in June 2019.
