Derek Khorsand MD

Derek Khorsand MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Derek currently works as an Interventional Radiologist at Kootenai Imaging dba Radiology Associates of North Idaho since 2020. Before that, they served as the Chief Medical Officer at Novuson Surgical, Inc. starting in June 2018, and prior to that, they worked as a Consultant and Medical Advisor at the same company from February 2016 to June 2018. In 2016, they were the Chief Strategy Officer at StreaMD. Derek Khorsand MD completed their Interventional Radiology residency at the University of Washington from July 2015 to July 2020. Derek also gained experience as a Surgery Resident at Virginia Mason Medical Center from June 2014 to June 2015. Furthermore, Dr. Khorsand founded and worked as a Consultant at Exoro Medical Admissions Consulting from January 2010 to July 2012.

Derek Khorsand MD completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they went on to earn their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Washington - School of Medicine, which they pursued from 2010 to 2014.
