Ustin Zarubin

Ustin Zarubin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ustin started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Georgia, where they researched methods of fabricating nano rods and utilized e-beam deposition machines to create nano-scale chemical sensors. Following this, they joined GigTank as a Student/Dreamer, collaborating with a team to generate innovative ideas and presenting weekly pitches to program staff and investors.

Ustin then pursued their graduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher. Their responsibilities included applying distributed source coding to multicast over lossy wireless networks, rewriting encryption/decryption algorithms from Matlab to C, and compiling Bellman Ford to FPGA boards to simulate lossy mesh networks.

Ustin then transitioned into industry roles, starting with Bellhops as a Software Engineer and later as a Tech Lead - Customer Experience. During their time there, they contributed to the development of customer-facing software and took a leadership role in improving the overall customer experience.

After Bellhops, Ustin joined Shimmur as the Director of Engineering, where they oversaw the technical aspects of the company's operations. Ustin then became a member of the founding team at community.com, further showcasing their entrepreneurial skills.

Throughout their career, Ustin has demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a track record of driving innovation. Ustin currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Streamdal and is also a Co-Founder and CEO of the company.

Ustin Zarubin completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from The University of Georgia, from 2009 to 2012.
