Travis Vititoe served as Legal Counsel at StreamElements from January 2022 to May 2023, acting as the sole in-house counsel for a global technology company and overseeing the negotiation and drafting of agreements pertaining to technology transactions, services agreements, general corporate matters, and global advertising and marketing campaigns. Prior to this role, Travis was Associate Legal Counsel at Vititoe Law Group, focusing on complex tort and personal injury litigation from November 2019 to December 2021. Earlier legal experience includes positions as a Law Clerk at The Founder's Attorney and Harvey Esquire, both in venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, and securities transactions, as well as a Judicial Law Clerk at the California Court of Appeals, 2nd Appellate District. Travis holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
