Mališa Stanojević

Mališa Stanojević has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Most recently, they are the Founder & CEO of Streamflow since May 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Toptal.

Before joining Toptal, Mališa worked at FishingBooker from 2016 to 2019, where they primarily focused on customer-oriented features to enhance growth, retention, and conversion rates. Additionally, they mentored new developers and restructured the hiring process for developers during their tenure.

From 2015 to 2016, Mališa was a Full Stack Developer at Halcom d.d., where they improved existing e-banking solutions and gained experience in various technologies such as Java EE, Spring, Maven, jQuery, LESS, ExtJS, Apache Velocity, and IBM DB2.

Prior to that, in early 2015, they interned as a Support Engineer at ManageWP, LLC. From 2011 to 2012, Mališa worked as an IT responsible at CS Computer Shop, where their responsibilities included managing the web presence of the company using Joomla! CMS.

Overall, Mališa Stanojević has demonstrated their expertise in full stack development, leadership as a founder and CEO, and proficiency in various technologies while working in different organizations.

Mališa Stanojević completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Belgrade from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they attended Elektrotehnička škola "Nikola Tesla" in Beograd, where they received a high school diploma in Network and System Administration/Administrator.

In addition to their formal education, Mališa has obtained several certifications and participated in workshops and courses. In July 2015, they attended the Advanced Skills Workshop - Bytes of Banking organized by Halcom d.d. In August 2014, they completed CodeSchool Courses offered by Code School. In March 2014, they participated in the EESTEC Startup Lab organized by EESTEC LC Sarajevo. Mališa also completed Codecademy courses in February 2014. In November 2013, they attended the "Zanimanje budućnosti - IT stručnjak" workshop offered by the Centar za savremeno obrazovanje i Kancelarija za mlade in Beograd. Furthermore, in July 2013, they took part in the 2nd EESTEC Summer School 2013 "Smart Mobile City" organized by Insiel S.p.A.
