Asha Buddala

Asha Buddala has held various roles in the IT industry since 2005. Asha began their career at SAKSEN as an Executive Quality Assurance, responsible for managing the TL 9000 metrics and Performance Baseline Report for the organization. In 2009, they joined INNOVATION ENABLERS & CONSULTANTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Process Quality Consultant, where they were responsible for Software Quality Assurance activities for projects based on Quality Models, ISO 9001-2000, ISO 27001, TL9000, ISO14001, ISO19011-2002, CMM, CMMI. Asha then joined Symphony Teleca as a Senior Engineer - Process Excellence, where they were entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the compliance of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20001:2011, ISO 27001:2005.

In 2013, Asha Buddala joined Altimetrik as a Sr.Manager Process Innovation, where they mentored the project teams on SDLC and helped teams come up with end to end delivery process flow. Asha also drove metrics program across the Chennai location by mentoring the teams in identifying relevant metrics and mechanisms to capture the metrics. In 2017, they joined Hitachi Vantara as a Services Program Manager, where they mentored and coached PM, SM and Project teams on Agile and Project management aspect. In 2020, Asha Buddala joined Innoworx consulting LLC as India Operations. Currently, they are a Project Manager at StreamForce Solutions.

Asha Buddala obtained their Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Hyderabad between 1999 and 2001. Asha also holds a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, obtained in July 2020. Additionally, they have certifications from RABQSA for Certified BS 25999, Certified ISO 27001:2005, Certified ISO 20001:2011, and Certified for ISO 9001:2008. Asha also holds a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Indian Statistical Institute, and a Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
