Jyothsna B. has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2013. Jyothsna started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at NMDC Limited in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Equos Technologies as an Admin & Recruitment Executive. In 2016, they joined HAPP - The Healthcare App as an Executive- HR & Admin. After that, they moved to Phygital24 Inc. as an HR- Operations in 2017. In 2020, they took a Maternity Gap. Currently, they are working at StreamForce Solutions as an HR- Recruitment & Operations since 2021.

Jyothsna B. graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
