Alexandre Bourget

Alexandre Bourget has a long and varied work experience. Alexandre began their career in 2007 as a Director of Web Development and Web Standards Evangelist at Savoir-faire Linux. In 2012, they became a Late Co-Founder and Tech Lead at Tenscores, where they moved the platform to AWS, parallelized operations and servers architecture, automated deployment and provisioning, and wrote a full KPI dashboard. In 2013, they were a Co-Founder and CTO of Bitcredits and also worked as a Freelance Consultant, helping startups and customers with their tech. In 2014, they became a Data Scientist at Intel Security, where they rolled out many in-house data products and infrastructure. In 2017, they joined Diagram Ventures as the Director of Engineering, New Venture Creation, where they built the technology for their incubated and locally-founded startups. Finally, in 2018, they became the Co-Founder and CTO of StreamingFast, where they developed sophisticated data access layers on top of blockchains and enabled developers to ship their dapps faster.

Alexandre Bourget obtained a Bacc. in Music - Interpretation from the Université de Montréal from 2003 to 2006. Alexandre went on to obtain additional certifications from Canonical Ltd. as an Ubuntu Certified Instructor (includes UCP) in October 2009, from the Scrum Alliance as a Scrum Master in September 2009, and from Digium as a dCAP Digium Certified Asterisk Professional in June 2008.
