Monica Williams serves as the Head of Business Development at StreamIT since July 2020, where expertise includes strategic planning for growth opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships. In addition, Monica is the Recruitment Manager at JKi Solutions since October 2014, focusing on developing strategies for diverse talent recruitment and collaborating with leaders for key staffing initiatives. Previously, at StreamIT from June 2012 to October 2014, Monica held the position of Lead Technical Recruiter, overseeing the full cycle recruiting process for engineering and technical roles while enhancing sourcing strategies.
