Pauly M has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2020, Pauly worked at Streamlined Communications as a Customer Success Manager and Head of Global Technical Support. Prior to that, in 2018, they worked at TRAVELBEAST | THE AGENCY as an INT. Travel Engineer. In 2017, they served as the Creative Director at The Social Beast Collective. Pauly started their career in 2000 at STELLARcreative as a Dancer, Actor, and Choreographer. Throughout their career, Pauly has also worked as a Performer at Life Like Touring, Choreographer & Performer at LIVE NATION AUSTRALASIA PTY LTD, Host at Pen2Stage Productions PTE LTD, Presenter/Host at Nickelodeon, Elf The Fairy Cake Maker/Choreographer & Dance Captain at The Fairies, and Bananas In Pyjamas B2 at Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

Pauly M completed their higher education at Edith Cowan University in the year 2000. They obtained an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts, specializing in Dance. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1999, Pauly attended Newtown High School of the Performing Arts, where they earned their HSC (Higher School Certificate). Their field of study at high school comprised Dance and Drama.
