Robin Smith has extensive experience in customer success, support, and solutions engineering. They currently serve as the Head of Customer Success at StreamNative, where they lead global teams in building and implementing a cloud-native event streaming platform. Prior to this, Robin served as an Advisor to Audiotarky, a music streaming platform focused on artist prioritization and privacy. They also played a significant role in securing a development grant for the company. Before their current roles, Robin worked at IBM for several years, starting as a Customer Success Business Unit Director and later specializing in market development. They were responsible for designing and leading customer success and services organizations on a global scale, often building teams from scratch. Robin also has experience in sales and business development from their time at Episerver, Artificial Solutions, Auros ltd, and Bluewire Technologies.
Robin Smith attended Clifton College for an unspecified period of time, where they did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. They then went on to the University of Nottingham, where they completed a degree in Computer Science & Business with a 2:1 classification. In March 2019, Robin obtained a certification as an IBM Certified Manager from IBM.
