The Problem. Billions are wasted annually as disputing parties unnecessarily litigate claims that could have settled much earlier. The current negotiation process is slow and costly, severely hindered by posturing—the practice of making exaggerated demands or offers. When both sides posture, they inevitably conclude they are “too far apart.” The problem is, their true settlement thresholds are never compared. Instead, parties falsely equate the artificial gap between their postured numbers with a real gap between their concealed, true numbers. This flawed process needlessly sends settlement-ripe claims into a costly, multi-year litigation cycle.

The Solution. StreamSettle was built to solve this exact problem. Our platform provides a single, definitive, data-driven answer to this question: can this case settle right now? We do this by providing a patent-pending, triple-blind system where insurance adjusters and attorneys can safely and confidently test their true settlement thresholds for potential overlap. If an overlap exists, the claim settles instantly and automatically at the precise mathematical midpoint. If no overlap exists, the confidential numbers are never revealed. Both parties lose no leverage and gain the valuable insight that the case is not yet ready to settle—a data-based conclusion rather than a risky guess. Thus, StreamSettle provides our users with value regardless of the outcome of the comparison.
