Matthew Ruiz has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Matthew currently works at Streck as a Human Resources Information System Analyst. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Payroll & Billing Specialist at Wright Service Corp, where they managed a team and improved data recording processes. Matthew also served as the co-owner and Operations Manager at Wees Concrete, LLC, overseeing project managers and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Earlier in their career, Matthew gained experience as an Operations Manager at Sherwin-Williams, Chief of Staff/Campaign Manager at Tyler Davis for Governor, and Warehouse Manager at Countertops Unlimited. Overall, Matthew brings a strong background in operations, management, and systems improvement to their roles.

Matthew Ruiz attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business.
