Tracy Scott

Tracy Scott has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Tracy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Streck, where they lead the HR team and develops people plans to support business strategy. Prior to this, Tracy worked at Union Pacific Railroad, where they served as the General Director HR Customer Service - Operating, overseeing HR solutions for managers and union employees. Tracy also held the role of General Director Management and Executive Development, where they developed training strategies and led a team of instructional designers, facilitators, and program managers. Tracy's earlier experience at Union Pacific included roles such as HR Customer Services Director, Director Talent Acquisition, and Manager Benefits Integration & Improvements.

Tracy Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. This educational endeavor spanned from 1985 to 1991.
