Jon Kaye is the Founder of Beyond the Ladder, where expertise is focused on helping ambitious professionals find meaning alongside achievement, enhance creative problem-solving skills, build meaningful relationships, and create enduring legacies. With over 15 years of experience in founding and growing businesses, coupled with two Master's degrees in Psychology, Kaye also serves as an investor and advisor across multiple companies, including Streetbees, Look Fabulous Forever, and School Explained. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Bodyism, Non-Executive Director at The A&A Group, and Founder & Managing Partner at Darwin Private Equity LLP. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Sports Psychology from St Mary’s University and a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences (Psychology) from the University of Cambridge.
