Herb Heiserman

Managing Principal at Streetsense

Herb Heiserman, Executive Managing Director for Streetsense’s West Coast presence, is an acclaimed architect with over twenty-five years of experience. He’s played an integral role in developing the Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design teams for the firm. As Managing Principal, Herb believes consumer behavior guides the strategy that informs meaningful design solutions. As an advocate for the clients, he helps navigate the firm’s uncommon collective of subject matter experts to deliver desired experiences that lead to a greater return on investment. These collaborative design teams uniquely position and differentiate the firm from its competitors resulting in successful client opportunities and wins.

Prior to the merger with Streetsense, Herb was Principal and Owner of The Heiserman Group, a second-generation firm started by his father in 1972. Herb grew the company into a nationally recognized firm, overseeing all phases of project design and administration for regionally and nationally expanding retail and restaurant clients.

Herb received his Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
