Troy Mack

Troy Mack has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Troy currently works at StreetText as a Product Manager, where they started in March 2022. Before that, they were a Customer Success Manager at the same company from October 2020 to February 2022. Prior to their role in customer success, Troy was a Success Coach and Inside Sales representative at StreetText from May 2019 to October 2020.

In 2015, Troy started their own venture as the CEO of Troy David Mack, where they specialized in empowering others to live passionate and purposeful lives. Troy focused on assisting successful individuals with healthy lifestyle choices, weight loss, personal growth, and business empowerment.

From 2018 to 2019, Troy was a Business Owner at Sideline Lakeside Services. Before that, they worked at Disney Interactive as a Producer from November 2011 to April 2015. Prior to Disney Interactive, they held various roles at Disney Online Studios Canada from 2007 to 2011, including Sr. Game Designer, Manager of Game Programming, and Game Designer. In these roles, Troy designed and developed mini-games for Club Penguin and provided programming expertise.

Troy also gained experience as a Game Designer and Flash Illustrator at New Horizon Interactive from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Artist/Animator from 2004 to 2006 and briefly served as an Instructor at the Centre for Arts and Technology in 2005.

Troy Mack began their education in 1995 at Okanagan College, where they pursued a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Troy graduated in 1998. In 1999, they attended Okanagan College again, this time to obtain a certificate in Animation. However, their time at the college was limited to one year. Finally, from 2002 to 2004, Troy Mack attended the Centre for Arts and Technology, where they completed a diploma in Animation.
