Simitha Kumar

Simitha Kumar has three years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been working at StreetWise Partners as Manager of Program and Community Outreach. Prior to that, they were Program Specialist at Northern Virginia Family Service from 2016 to 2017 and Administrative Assistant Intern at Sentara Medical Center from 2016 to 2017. In their role as Manager of Program and Community Outreach, they manage community partnerships with local community colleges, social services agencies and government organizations. Simitha also supervises and coordinates four program sites annually of over 300 volunteers and mentees. Additionally, they handle mentee recruitment and selection operations, including processing applications, phone screenings, and conducting interviews with qualified applicants.

Simitha Kumar obtained a Master's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mumbai University Mumbai between 1991 and 1993.
