Strelo®Group helps clients take courageous steps to embolden change, resulting in leaders and teams who are more confident, connected, and impactful.

In today's increasingly complex work environment, you need a fail-safe approach to leading through change that both inspires and enables your teams to grow and thrive. You need a new model for emboldening change.

Strelo®Group helps leaders harness the wisdom of teams and build healthy communities to realize enduring change. Our work is dedicated to the notion that leadership is about embracing the collective and unique insights of employees to achieve high-impact results. Rather than using traditional change management paradigms, we take an inclusive approach. We show leaders how to stand up to intractable problems and to wrestle with tough conversations.

The Strelo®consulting model is thoughtfully customized to both the client's immediate needs and always with an eye toward solving for the long term. Services include:

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE CONSULTING
We work with clients to tackle challenging, strategic issues and large-scale change initiatives. We are unusually deft at taking on the complex work associated with long-term, sustainable change.

EXECUTIVE COACHING:
We work one-on-one with executives and leaders to be more powerful and authentic, and as a result, observably better leaders. This strategic thought partnership guides leaders throughout all phases of their developmental journey.

TEAM & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT:
Development is an important yet often overlooked component of an effective organizational change strategy. We have an extensive suite of offerings that teach leaders and teams how to lead and achieve complex change. Programs are modular, and we are able to pinpoint the right sessions to enable individual, team, and organizational growth.
