Cindy Tayama

Cindy Tayama is currently a Training Specialist at Strengthscope®, where they focus on unlocking peak performance through strengths assessments and development programs. Prior to this role, Cindy served as a Learning & Development Manager at Sovos, as well as progressing through various positions including Learning & Development Specialist, HR Associate, and Office Administrator. Cindy holds a Master of Science in Operations and Project Management from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science with First Class Honours from Oxford Brookes University.
