Holding a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, obtained in 1972, Dick Herman worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Cameron from 1972 to 2003, following a role as a Senior Product Development Engineer at Cameron Iron Works. Subsequently, Dick Herman contributed to Stress Subsea, Inc. as a Project Associate from 2003 to 2010 and currently serves as a Project Associate at Stress Engineering Services.
