Michelle Howison, CSP, M.A.2, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer at Stress Engineering Services, Inc. since April 2025, and a Keynote Speaker and President at Extraordinary Dynamics, LLC, where a proven dynamic approach has facilitated significant growth and enhanced organizational cultures. As a nationally recognized Workplace Culture Expert, Michelle specializes in creating impactful programs focused on leadership development and team building while also co-founding and presiding over the non-profit organization Yay 4 Life! which aids cancer patients and their families. Previous roles include Vice President Global Human Resources Director at Bray International, Inc. and board member with the National Speakers Association, amidst extensive experience in organizational development and human resources across various sectors. Michelle holds multiple master’s degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
