Hilde Rød

Hilde Rød has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hilde is currently working as a Senior Consultant at Stretch, where their main responsibilities include establishing clear strategies, plans, and execution for successful large-scale changes. Prior to this, Hilde worked as a Senior Advisor at Footstep AS from February 2020 to July 2022. Hilde also served as a Creator/Advisor at Futatsu Industries, where they focused on brand building and communication strategies from January 2012 to February 2020. Hilde has a strong background in leadership and business management as well. Hilde was the Managing Director at Kaktus Kommunikasjon AS from April 2010 to December 2011, where they turned around a negative trend and was responsible for finance, client portfolio, and project sales. Additionally, Hilde played a crucial role in the establishment of Kaktus Kommunikasjon AS in 2001, where they worked as a Founder, Creator, and Creative Leader. During this time, they developed communication concepts for various channels and built long-lasting relationships with clients such as KLP konsernet, Silver Pensjonsforsikring, Tveita Senter, and Hyundai. Hilde also has experience in advertisement and design, having worked at Reklamebyrået Cicignon Oslo as a Founder and Art Director from 1995 to 2000. Hilde started their career as a freelancer with their own company, working as an Art Director from August 1994 to 1995. Before that, Hilde held positions as a Regnskapsmedarbeider at Shipmate Norge and a Croupier at Blindeforbundet in 1991. In addition to their work experience, Hilde took a maternity leave from September 2000 to August 2001.

Hilde Rød began their education at Nesbru Videregående skole, where they pursued the Naturfagslinjen from 1985 to 1989. Hilde then enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they studied Examen philosophicum. In 1990, Hilde attended BI Norwegian Business School and completed a degree in Bedriftsøkonom in 1991.

Hilde furthered their education at The Norwegian School of Information Technology from 1992 to 1994, specializing in Art Director linjen. Continuing their studies at BI Norwegian Business School, they completed net courses in Markedskommunikasjon, Internasjonal markedsføring, Organisasjon og ledelse, and Handelstysk from 2002 to 2004.

In 2013, Hilde attended Moreno Institutt, Norge, where they focused on Gruppeprosess ledelse until 2015. Hilde later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at BI Norwegian Business School, completing their studies in 2019.

Regarding additional certifications, Hilde obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in August 2022. Hilde also achieved the Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor certification through September 19, 2024, and completed the Prosci Train-the-trainer Level 2 program (obtained month and year not specified).
