Mel Gallo has extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as an Exercise Specialist at Plus One, an Optum Company since January 2022, and as a Group Fitness Instructor at LIVunLtd since June 2021. In addition, Mel is a Stretch Therapist at Stretch*d and has been self-employed as a Personal Trainer since August 2014. Previously, Mel held positions as a Fitness Instructor at Jane DO from September 2019 to December 2021, Fithouse from October 2018 to September 2019, and Bari Studio from August 2014 to October 2018. Mel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from The Ohio State University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
