Arif Yudha currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Stretchline Holdings Ltd. since November 2023. Previously, Arif was the Human Resources Manager at Tikamoon, managing all HR functions from March 2022 to October 2023. Arif has extensive experience in HRGA management at NEOTERIC TRADING, where responsibilities included aligning Human Resources Information Systems with company vision and delivering training programs. Arif's career also includes roles such as Business Development Manager and City Head at PT. Teknologi Perdana Indonesia, where significant growth in branch offices and demand volume was achieved. Earlier positions include Freelance Teacher, HRGA Supervisor, and HR Regional Support, showcasing a strong background in recruitment, employee development, and operational efficiency. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, obtained from 1997 to 2002.
