Gail Sperring

Gail Sperring has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Stretchline Holdings Ltd. Prior to this, Gail served as an Account Director at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, where they played a significant role in the company's expansion into Korea and Japan. Gail also successfully managed the opening of a new warehouse in China.

Gail has had a long association with The Body Shop, where they held various leadership positions. As the Strategic Director - Asia Pacific, they managed the buyback of the franchise business in Australia, overseeing multiple areas such as operations, HR, finance, IT, logistics, and commercialization.
