STRI Consulting is a boutique leadership hiring firm based in South India, partnering with MSMEs and early-stage businesses across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

We work closely with founder-led companies that are building their next phase of growth.

Our focus is on hiring mid to senior-level professionals — functional heads, business leaders, and critical team members who not only perform but integrate seamlessly into the company’s culture.

Unlike large recruitment firms, we offer:

• Direct founder-level engagement
• Deep understanding of regional talent markets
• Careful assessment of cultural and team fit
• Structured search processes with personal involvement
• Long-term hiring partnerships

In growing businesses, the wrong hire costs more than time — it affects morale, trust, and growth momentum.

We ensure that the person hired is aligned with the vision, capable of delivering results, and someone the team is happy to work with.

We work across sectors including:

•Industry 4.0 & Manufacturing
• Retail & Consumer Brands
• Marketing & Advertising
• NGOs & Social Impact
• Education & EdTech
• Health & Wellness

If you are a founder or business leader in South India planning a critical hire, we would be happy to support you.
