Striatum Technologies is a boutique consulting organisation started by industry veterans including alumni of IIT - KGP with experience across multinational corporates as well as startups

Striatum has 3 practices: (a) Consulting (b) Analytics (c) Training services

a. Striatum Consulting:

The chief offering under Striatum Consulting is Fractional CIO/CTO services.

This is apt for any organisation having an operation of size that doesn't warrant a full-time high quality CIO/CTO or can't justify the associated cost, but at the same time, does need its IT operations to stay modern and meet the business demands of going digital.

Values that it will deliver to you as a customer:

1. It will help you to keep your cost very aligned to your revenue and business needs while keeping your operations ahead of the curve.

2. You pay for high quality CIO/CTO services only for the time durations that is optimal for your organisation at any point of time. At any point of time, if you don’t want the CIO/CTO services, you can always put a pause to the engagement.

3. Based on need at any time, we can bring in additional resources with the relevant skills.

4. You can scale up and down the resources based on need.

b. Striatum Analytics:

Under Striatum Analytics, Striatum provides 'Outcome Based Analytics'.

Most of the CXOs get disillusioned with their data journey because they get lots of dashbaords but no specific KPIs-impacting actionables.

We believe analytics project must not stop at just insights - Insights must be followed up with Investigation, Recommendations on Actionables, Consumption and finally Outcome.

We call this whole approch as Data 2 Outcome approach.

c. Striatum Training services:

We serve as faculty & industry mentors in the domain of AI/ML programs for premier technology institutions. We also provide capstone projects with real world data sets to enable effective learning.

We also engage with leading corporates for providing trainings.
