David Anderson

David Anderson has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. David started their career as a Developer Consultant at Slice in 2017, where they worked until November. David then worked as a Developer Consultant at JOOR from November 2017 to December 2018, leading a team and mentoring developers. In 2019, they worked as a Developer Consultant at Schonfeld from January to July, at Managed by Q from August to December, and at NS1 from December to May 2020. During these roles, they gained experience in developing wholesale retail order planning tools using full stack GraphQL with JavaScript and Python.

In 2020, David joined an early-stage startup as a Developer Consultant from June to July, and later joined Peloton Interactive as a Developer Consultant in August. At Peloton Interactive, they are currently working as a part of the development team.

In addition to their professional experience, David co-hosted and founded The Rabbit Hole Podcast in 2016, where they conducted over 150 episodes discussing various aspects of software engineering. David is also involved in the Recurse Center, a programming retreat for self-directed learning, and continues to mentor prospective members of their community since joining in November 2015.

David Anderson attended Rutgers University School of Engineering from 2002 to 2006. David obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
