Matt Lischmann

Matt Lischmann has extensive experience in human resources management. Matt is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at StrideCare since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Tradition Senior Living, LP from November 2019 to October 2022, and at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc. from May 2019 to October 2019.

Before these roles, Matt held various leadership positions, such as Director of Human Resources at Scribe.ology, LLC from November 2016 to April 2019. Matt also worked as the Director of Human Resources at U.S. Risk Insurance Group from January 2015 to August 2016.

Additionally, Matt has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Matt Martin Real Estate Management from December 2013 to November 2014, where they were responsible for real estate asset management and preservation. Matt also served as the Human Resources Director at Phoenix House from November 2011 to December 2013, overseeing a team of three in the Texas region.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Recruiting Specialist and HR Generalist at Advanced Healthcare Solutions from June 2008 to November 2011. In that role, they were responsible for full life cycle recruitment and daily HR operations for 4,000 employees and 37 nursing homes. Matt has been recognized for their strong client-facing skills and delivery of excellent customer service. Matt also demonstrated their creative and proactive approach in redesigning recruitment advertising media and providing executive-level management with recruiting metrics insights.

Matt Lischmann attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Biology. Prior to that, in 1999-2000, they briefly attended Kansas State University, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
