Bob Gans

Bob Gans is currently the Associate General Counsel and Head of Employment Law at Stride, Inc., where they provide legal advice on various employment-related matters. Previously, Gans served as the Associate Vice-President of Employment & Labor Law at Nasdaq, overseeing employment litigation and advising on a wide range of workforce issues. Gans also held roles at DXC Technology and Nordstrom, where they notably achieved a significant reduction in litigation costs. They began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk and have extensive experience in employment law litigation. Gans holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Duke University.
