Chaika Hale

Chaika Hale is a seasoned HR Recruiter in Talent Acquisition at Stride, Inc. since June 2016, managing the full recruitment process and advising on staffing policies while maintaining compliance with EEO and affirmative action laws. Chaika also serves as a Residential Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams and is an accomplished author of "Mama is Hapai," a children's book about pregnancy in Hawaiian culture. Previous experience includes working as a Realtor Associate at Dower Realty, an elementary school teacher at Hawaii State Department of Education, and various teaching roles at Punahou School and Wonderland Avenue Gifted & Talented Magnet School. Chaika holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, along with professional diplomas in Elementary Education and real estate law certifications.
