Crystal Frost currently serves as the State Testing Manager at Stride, Inc. since December 2020. Frost has extensive experience in educational leadership, having held multiple roles at Texas Online Preparatory Middle School, including Principal, Assistant Principal, and 8th Grade Reading Teacher, from December 2014 to January 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a substitute at NISD and Columbia County Board of Education, as well as work as a paraprofessional. Crystal Frost's earlier career includes serving as an Arabic Linguist in the US Army from February 1998 to October 2004. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at West Texas A&M University, previous degrees include a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Diversity & Education from Austin Peay State University.
