Einav "Navi" C. currently serves as Senior Director of Learning Academies and Customer Success at Stride, Inc., following a brief tenure as Regional Partnerships Director at ThinkCERCA. With extensive experience at Florida Virtual School as an Instructional Leader and Capstone Manager, Navi has a strong record in creating innovative programs that enhance partnerships and improve enrollment and retention. Previous roles include Charter School Principal at Broward County Public Schools, where Navi managed a significant budget, expanded student enrollment, and improved academic performance, as well as serving as a Math Teacher and Behavior Specialist at Western High School. Navi began a career in education as Education Director at Score At The Top Learning Centers & Schools. Navi holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration, an MEd in Educational Leadership, and a BS in Psychology/Psychobiology, all from Florida Atlantic University.
