Felicia Melvin is a Data Science Analyst at Stride, Inc., where responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders and analyzing student performance trends to foster academic growth. Previously, Felicia served as a Fellow at Thinkful, conducting business analysis projects, and as a Mathematics Lead and Intervention Teacher in the Houston Independent School District, focusing on customized learning for students and ensuring data integrity. Felicia's teaching career began as a Mathematics General Education Teacher at Northeast Middle School, where significant improvements in student test scores led to recognition as a Distinguished Educator.
