Jessica Hightower

Jessica Hightower is a seasoned professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Information Security, with extensive experience in implementing and managing security solutions. Currently serving as the Manager of Identity and Access Governance at Stride, Inc. since February 2023, Jessica focuses on PAM secret server implementation, automating user creation in Active Directory using SailPoint, and managing Azure App registrations and Active Directory. Previously, Jessica held roles including Senior Analyst at Stride, Inc. and Manager I at American Credit Acceptance, where responsibilities included managing client application access, automating user creation, and optimizing Microsoft Azure Authenticator. Jessica's career began in information security roles at Regional Finance and Smith, Kesler & Company PA, after completing two associate degrees in Computer/Information Technology at Spartanburg Community College.
