Kathryn Lorusso

Kathryn Lorusso is an experienced professional in counseling and education, currently serving as a High School Counselor at Stride, Inc. since January 2024, providing virtual support to students in grades 9-12. Kathryn has been with Catapult Learning as a School Counselor since March 2021 and holds multiple roles at Bikram Yoga North Texas LLC, including Yin Yoga Instructor, Bikram Yoga Instructor, and Hot Pilates Instructor since 2017. Previous experience includes serving as a College Counselor at Tarrant County College from April 2018 to September 2022, and a Counselor at Hurst Euless Bedford ISD for 17 years. Additionally, Kathryn worked as a City Desk Reporter for The Miami News in the 1980s. Kathryn holds a Master of Science in Counselor Education from St. Thomas University and a Master of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Florida International University.
