K'La Watts

K'la Watts is a seasoned professional in data management and customer experience, currently serving as the Manager of CX Data & Technology at Stride, Inc. since August 2021. In this role, K'la develops and executes a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with customer experience objectives while overseeing data model design and implementation. Prior to Stride, Inc., K'la held various positions at K12 from November 2011 to August 2021, including Data Analyst, School Data Analyst, Testing Coordinator, Lead Document Processor, and Document Processor. K'la's earlier experience includes a role as a Studio Technician at Media Tech Institute from October 2012 to November 2013. K'la holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Data Management from Colorado State University Global and has a background in education from MediaTech Institute-Irving and Dallas College.
