Laura Condon

Laura Condon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as the Director at Stride, Inc., since October 2016, Laura oversees three departments and leads a team of 340 members, focusing on project management and resource optimization. As the former Sr. Manager of Operations, Laura facilitated interdepartmental collaboration and ensured compliance with various reporting requirements. Prior to Stride, Inc., Laura was the Executive Director of The Red Barn Youth Center, where entrepreneurial skills were utilized to manage a nonprofit supporting at-risk youth. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Education, from The University of Texas at El Paso.
