Megan Firth

Megan Firth is a dedicated Special Education Teacher currently employed at Stride, Inc. since July 2023, and previously at Metro Nashville Public Schools from September 2021 to July 2023. During this time, Megan developed and implemented Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities and delivered direct instruction utilizing evidence-based practices. Additionally, Megan served as a Trauma-Informed Specialist Intern, leading staff trainings and conducting needs assessments in trauma-informed care. Prior experience includes roles as an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, Research Assistant at The Fuchs Research Group, and internship positions at Englewood Elementary School. Megan earned a Master’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from Vanderbilt University and two Bachelor's degrees from The University of Alabama, including one in the Multiple Abilities Program and another from the Honors College.
