Nancy Munoz

Nancy Munoz has extensive experience in both property management and education. Nancy served as an Apartment Manager at Mashcole Property Management, Inc. from March 2006 to June 2008, effectively overseeing the operations of 72 units and managing annual rent collection of $100K while ensuring tenant satisfaction. From August 2017 to August 2020, Nancy held multiple instructional roles at SFDR-CISD, including Reading Specialist, Team Leader, and Instructional Coach, focusing on data-driven instruction, teacher training, and collaborative leadership. Currently, Nancy is the At-Risk Instructional Data Manager at Stride, Inc., and is pursuing a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction as well as a Bootcamp in Data Analytics at Western Governors University, where previous degrees include a Bachelor's in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies and an Associate degree in Business.
