Rolanda Johnson

Rolanda Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project administration and higher education leadership. Currently serving as a Project Administrator at Stride, Inc. since January 2016, Rolanda coordinates the development of a mission-critical system for tracking certifications of over 2,500 K12 teachers while advising senior executives. Previously, Rolanda held the position of Center Director at Upper Iowa University, managing a commuter location and overseeing various aspects such as faculty development and community relations. At Concordia University Wisconsin, Rolanda managed multiple commuter centers, contributing to student services and academic support for over 350 learners. An early career role as an Executive Assistant at the American Society for Quality provided foundational skills in executive support and customer service. Rolanda holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, an MBA in Public Administration, and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, along with a Graduate Certificate in Counseling.
