Rosalyn Petry

Rosalyn Petry is the Interim Executive Director of Texas Virtual Academy at Hallsville with extensive experience in education, having served as a virtual teacher for seven years across various subjects and grade levels. They previously held the roles of Middle School Principal and Lead Teacher within K12, and Assistant Principal at Stride, Inc. Rosalyn earned a Master’s degree in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas. Notably, they were voted Teacher of the Year by peers at two different schools and are fluent in Spanish.
