Susie Whiteley

Susie Whiteley, CEBS, currently serves as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Stride, Inc., a role held since February 2018, following extensive experience in benefits management. Prior positions include Director and Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Serco, where Susie led the integration of Canadian benefits systems for 1,000 employees. Previous roles also encompass Benefits Supervisor and Senior Benefits Administrator at Bunzl Distribution NA, where contributions included training and vendor invoice management. Susie started her career at KV Pharmaceutical as an Administrative Assistant and worked as an After School Counselor at YMCA. Susie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Peace College.
