Tyrone Sterling

Tyrone Sterling, CSM, CSPO, has extensive experience in program and workforce analysis, currently serving as a Workforce Planning Analyst at Stride, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tyrone was a Program & Workforce Analyst at the FDA, where responsibilities included serving as Product Owner for an internal HRIS modernization project and leading strategic workforce planning initiatives. Tyrone's experience also includes a tenure as a Program Analyst at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, where budget management and procurement trend analysis were key functions. Earlier in the career, Tyrone was recognized as Dining Services Employee of the Year while supervising dining operations at Erickson Senior Living. Tyrone holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Finance from the University of Maryland University College and an Associate's degree from Howard Community College.
