Van Le has a strong background in enrollment operations, with experience working at K12 from May 2013 to December 2018. In this role, Van Le was responsible for troubleshooting issues and managing escalations with clients. Van Le also served as a Enrollment Team Manager, overseeing a team of 15 customer service agents. Prior to that, Van Le worked as a Chat Consultant and Enrollment Consultant, providing exceptional customer service and support to families. Currently, Van Le is working as a Strategic Partnership Specialist at Stride, Inc., where the primary responsibility is to procure and maintain relationships with external partners on behalf of the company.
