Chris Farr

Chris Farr has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being Vice President of Client Success at Strider Technologies. In this role, they lead the Client Success team and ensures exceptional experiences for clients by enabling them to fully leverage Strider's product offerings. Prior to their current role, Chris worked at Eli Lilly and Company for many years, holding various positions. Some of these roles include Senior Director of Insider Threat Program, Information Security Strategic Initiatives Advisor, and Information Security Awareness and International Markets Advisor. In these positions, they played a crucial role in protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and systems. Before joining Eli Lilly and Company, Chris gained experience as a District Sales Manager and Associate Consultant at Lilly USA Leadership Development. Chris began their career as a Financial Accounting Intern at Cook Medical, where they assisted in financial statement analysis and reporting. Chris Farr obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Chris later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy at New York University, from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the CERT Insider Threat Program Manager Certificate from Software Engineering Institute | Carnegie Mellon University in March 2022, the GISF certification from GIAC Certifications in February 2017, the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Eli Lilly and Company in January 2015, the Certified Facilitator, Situational Leadership II certification from The Ken Blanchard Companies in October 2010, the Certified Facilitator, Belbin Team Effectiveness certification from 3Circle Partners / Belbin North America in June 2010, and the Certified Facilitator, Crucial Conversations certification from VitalSmarts in December 2009.
