Kris Rickard

Kris Rickard is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Strider Technologies, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Kris served as a Senior Manager in Technical Recruiting and Early Careers Program at BILL from January 2021 following the acquisition of Divvy, where Kris also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Prior to these roles, Kris was the Head of Technical Recruitment at Facet, successfully partnering with various companies to hire tech talent with a high offer acceptance rate. Kris's earlier experience includes roles at Vivint Smart Home, where strategic HR support was provided to manage recruitment for over 5,000 employees, and at 1-800 CONTACTS, focusing on effective recruiting and training initiatives. Kris began a professional journey in recruitment and management with positions at Hub Research & Development Company and MyAnswering.com. An alumnus of Brigham Young University, Kris has a strong background in technical recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
