Molly Ruby

Molly Ruby is the Director of Data Science at Strider, where they currently lead data-driven initiatives. Previously, they served as a Senior Data Scientist at Mars, managing teams and developing machine learning models to enhance user decision-making. Molly started as a Data Scientist at Mars and contributed significantly by mentoring junior staff and creating innovative forecasting solutions. They also gained valuable experience as a Data Science Fellow at Metis and as a Biophysics Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where they co-authored research papers and presented findings at a national conference. Molly earned a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics from the University of Michigan.
